2. Where do I send my questions and comments?
Answer: You can email your question at CustomerService@SportPicturesOnline.com and comment at Info@SportPicturesOnline.com all questions, comments, and orders will be handled through our customer service department.

3. Order by Phone?
Answer: Yes, if you would like to place an order please call us or email your phone number to Customer Service and let us know the best time to reach you. We will contact you within 24 hours

4. What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Our customer service department is open 7 Days a week 8am to 9pm EST.
Our on-line store never closes!

5. Is the Shopping Secure?
Answer: Yes, shopping at www.Store.SportPicturesOnline.com is safe and easy. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety and privacy, and we use the latest security measures to keep it that way. Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive to our server only privately and unaltered. We never sell our customer's information.

6. How do I know if a product is in stock or if it's back ordered?
Answer: In the event that an item goes out of stock or is back ordered you will be notified by email or by phone within 24 hours.

7. Will I receive a confirmation email after I have placed my order?
Answer: Yes, as soon as you check out and complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you specified as your email address. You will also receive an email from our customer service providing you your confirmation number so you can check your order! It will show the day your order left our store and also the arriving day at your local USPS

8. Do you accept international orders?
Shipping to US only
Answer: No. We do not accept international orders.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Check or Money Order. (Check or Money order must be received before order can be send to you.

10. Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Answer: Yes, You must send email to us within 24 hours after you place your order to change it. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours when you placed it. Please send us an email so we can change the order. If your order has already been placed, you may return it. Please follow the return instructions that came with your package.

11. How much do you charge for shipping?
Answer: Our shipping fees are as follows: SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Massachusetts

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES Domestic Ground Mail: Expected delivery time: 2 to 10 business days (Depends on location) Flat shipping charge of $4.99 per order.

Domestic Priority Mail: Expected delivery time: 1 to 3 business days (Depends on location) Flat shipping charge of $8.99 per order.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES (U.S. ADDRESSES) Air Express Mail (NEXT DAY DELIVERY): Expected delivery time: 1-2 days (Depends on location) Shipping charge of 34.99 per item you purchase. Shipping Aditional Items 50% off = $17.50

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION If there is a delay, we will notify you. Express delivery orders received after 11am EST will be sent out the following business day.

Please NOTE, for Friday orders this means the following Monday. Delivery times are estimates. All shipping times are based on business days; Including Saturdays and excluding Sundays.

12. What is your Exchange or Return Policy?
Answer: Please wrap securely and indicate reason for return. Your package MUST BE insured, pre-paid and returned within 30 days of receipt. Every effort will be made to speed your exchange or credit. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE (not related to delivery). If damage has occurred to your package during shipment, please contact us immediately.
